Nevada-based investor buys Blue Ridge Apartment Homes

A subsidiary of the Nevada-based investor Troesh Family Foundation has purchased Blue Ridge Apartment Homes for $42 million.

BR Apartments LLC bought the gated residential complex located at 2818 West Loop 250 North on July 26, according to a news release. The community consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.

According to the news release, amenities inside the units include hardwood plank flooring, nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, a balcony or patio, granite countertops, and updated appliances. Outside amenities consist of a grilling and games area, a fitness center, a community clubhouse with a business center, a game room with shuffleboard and billiards, and a swimming pool with an outdoor entertainment and gathering space.
