A national developer and owner of built-to-suit properties is constructing a $6.5 million project.

According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing, Golden, Colorado-based Doud BTS is planning on developing Liberty Lift Midland under the entity Texas NNN, LLC. The project will consist of building one office building, three warehouses, and one three-sided loading building at a total of 60,000 square feet. The project registered with the state is slated to begin construction on Sept. 1 and wrap up by June 30, 2024. Cris Bruyere is listed as a tenant for the project who is the director of regional operations for the oilfield artificial solutions company, Liberty Lift.

Doud BTS specializes in working with a multitude of industries including distribution, manufacturing, retail, and has vast experience in the oil and gas industry, according to the company’s website. Moreover, the company has developed over six million square feet and owns and manages more than one million square feet of commercial property.

According to a Google aerial map on Liberty Lift’s Midland location page, construction is well underway with all four buildings in view, but none are yet to be completed. Paving, roadwork and landscaping have yet to begin on the project. Liberty Lift is expected to be an oil equipment supplier featuring state-of-the-art products that ensure long-term capabilities. The company is led by CEO Bobby Evans who was part of an ownership group Pump Jack Masters from 1983 to 1999 until the company was acquired by Weatherford International. After the acquisition, Evans became the company’s global vice president in charge of all reciprocating rod lift, gas lift, plunger lift and hydraulic lift business units.
