The Midland Chamber helped Velocity Financial celebrate the business's fifth anniversary on May 22. Aside from the milestone, both entities also marked Velocity's move into a brand-new, larger office space.
According to a Facebook post from the Midland Chamber, Velocity initially started in a room with two desks, two computers, and a lot of dedication.
Now conducting business in a new home, the company is considered a powerhouse in the invoice factoring world, the post said.
Velocity stated on its website that it traces its roots to more than six generations of small business owners dating back to the early part of the 20th Century. It was these ventures from which the business gained a unique perspective on the needs of their clients.
The company dedicates itself to assisting businesses, big or small, improve cash flow by providing timely, consistent operating capital when needed.
Velocity Financial is located at 400 W. Illinois, with an additional office in Houston.
