The Texas Chapter of the Space Force Association (SFA) is set to make its debut in Midland on April 11, with an event aimed at promoting and developing the aerospace industry in the region. The event, hosted at Second Story Coworking, located at 223 W. Wall Suite 200, is scheduled to commence at 5 p.m. and is open to the public, free of charge.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the mission and initiatives of the SFA, connect with fellow space enthusiasts, and network with professionals in the industry.

Among the distinguished guests expected to attend are the National President and Founder of the Space Force Association Col Bill Woolf (USAF, ret), Executive Director Eric Sundby, and Texas Chapter President Eric McManus.

The event schedule includes announcements from the SFA-Texas Chapter at 5:15 pm, updates on Space Force needs at 5:30 p.m., followed by the signing of an agreement between the SFA and Midland Development Corporation (MDC) at 5:45 p.m. Networking opportunities will be available starting at 6:15 p.m.

The new Midland headquarters of the Texas chapter of the Space Force Association was announced early March. The event serves as an opportunity to celebrate the opening of the new office.
