Midcities Church is in the process of adding a storage warehouse, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
An April 14 filing with TDLR notes that the project includes a new detached 6,000 square-foot prefabricated building on the church's premises. The church is located at 8700 State Highway 191 in the western portion of the city.
According to TDLR, Executive Pastor Chris Kelly is leading the addition of the warehouse at the church. The $650,000 project is expected to commence on May 5 and be completed by August 4.
According to its website, Midcities Church is a Christian-based institution that focuses on producing disciples in Midland, Odessa, and throughout Texas. The church holds Sunday services at 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 12 p.m.
