Celia Morales recognized with BEE Award | Midland Memorial Hospital

Midland Memorial Hospital (MMH) announced that Celia Morales, a member of the Total Joint and Spine Center at Midland Memorial Hospital, has been honored with March's BEE Award. The BEE Award is dedicated to acknowledging the exemplary performance of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) within the organization.

The award was announced in a MMH Facebook post on March 3. “Celia's dedication to providing exceptional care to our patients and her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others truly sets her apart,” MMH wrote in the post. “Congratulations Celia Morales on this well-deserved recognition!”

This recognition marks the second time a MMH employee has been honored with the BEE Award since its inception on March 4.

According to the MMH website, those nominated must demonstrate empathy and compassion in patient interactions, deliver patient care with skill, maintain a positive attitude in the workplace, embody the mission of Midland Memorial Hospital, and form a connection with both patients and their families.
