Mr. Gatti's Pizza in Midland is hosting a father-daughter dance and dinner to celebrate the upcoming Valentine's Day. In a Facebook event posted by Mr. Gatti’s of Midland, the post highlighted the festive event, saying, “There's something special about sharing slices of pizza, making memories, and cherishing the bond between a father and daughter on this love-filled occasion.”
The dinner is scheduled for Feb. 8 with reservation times at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $44.99 per couple, and reservations include a buffet and drink for one adult and one child, two $10 game cards, a corsage, and a teddy bear. Additional children can be included for $15 each.
The hosts are expecting 25-35 father/daughter couples to attend the event.
“We have had father-daughter dances for several years, but had to stop due to various reasons,” said Paityn Smith, the manager of Mr. Gatti’s, to Midland Times. “However, we are so excited to be hosting the event again this year!”
According to Smith, the dining room at their location will be specially decorated with Valentine's Day decorations and themed lights. Dancing is encouraged as a DJ will also be available to play music for the attendees.
Reservations can be made by calling (432) 688-3977 or emailing groups@gattispizzamidland.com. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited. Reservations will close on Feb. 4.
Mr. Gatti’s Pizza is located at 614 W Wadley Ave, Midland, TX and business hours are Sunday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
