Benji is a 6 month old male Terrier Mix with darker brown coat and black markings. He is about 30 lbs but should remain a medium size dog. Benji and his brother Simba were surrendered by their finders who could no longer care for these two abandoned dogs. Benji is very shy and would take time to adapt in new situations and to new people. Benji will probably do best in a calm home with children that are older. His family will need to be patient with him while he transitions. He and his brother do like to play together but will do best in separate homes. Benji seems to be non-reactive to other dogs and seems curious about cats. Benji can be bossy with his brother and a bit protective.
