The county's Horseshoe Backstage Center will continue to administer vaccines, but only for secondary dosages, making the Golf Course Road location the first stop for applicable residents. Residents who received their first dose at the location are asked to return for their second dose.
Phase 1A includes frontline health care workers while 1B is for persons 65 years or older as well as those with chronic health conditions. Upon registering with the county for a vaccine appointment, and date and time will be assigned and transmitted via email or text message.
Prior to arriving at the center for the vaccine, all applicants are required to fill out paperwork and bring a valid picture ID. Not completing the requested steps could lead to a delay in the vaccination process.
