Midland Health has established a partnership with PocketHealth to enable patients to access, store, and share their medical imaging records at any time and on any device.

According to Midland Health's website, PocketHealth is a secure online medical image sharing platform designed to facilitate the exchange of patient imaging records. "With PocketHealth’s Patient Sharing functionality, our patients can now access, store, and share their medical imaging records anytime, on any device in just a few clicks," the site said.

Midland Health reported that with this partnership, it is moving away from using CDs for image sharing. The organization encourages patients to access and share their imaging records online through PocketHealth. Among the platform's benefits are a reduction in record-sharing workload, fewer patient on-site visits, seamless uploads of imaging records, and an improved patient experience.

Midland Health advises patients to enter their Medical Record Number (MRN) to access their imaging records by signing up for PocketHealth at pockethealth.com/MidlandHealth. On the site, they will select a plan that suits them.
