PURSUANT to Texas Government Code § 551.041, notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Midland, Texas, will meet in special session in the City Hall Council Chamber, 300 N. Loraine Street, Midland, Texas, on February 13, 2025 at 4:15 PM for the following purpose(s):
SPECIAL SESSION
1. Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing the execution of an administration and funding agreement with the Midland Firemen’s Relief and Retirement Fund; and authorizing payment for said agreement.
