The city’s newest event venue, The Loft, will host its first Valentine’s-themed Sip & Paint party on Jan. 22, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. The Loft, which opened in September 2024, was founded by sisters Camryn and Cierra Stanford as a versatile space for parties and events.
“Our goal is to bring people together and create memorable experiences,” Camryn and Cierra Stanford said. “This Valentine’s Sip & Paint is the perfect opportunity for our community to gather, unwind and get creative in a fun, relaxed setting.”
Participants will paint a custom door hanger with guidance from an instructor leading the class. The design will be the same for everyone, but attendees are encouraged to add personal touches to make their creation unique.
“All supplies are included in the ticket price,” Cierra and Camryn said. “We’ll provide the door hanger, paint, brushes, string, and even a stencil. All you need to do is show up ready to have fun.”
The event is geared toward adults and features a bring-your-own-food-and-drinks policy, allowing attendees to enjoy their favorite snacks and beverages, including alcohol. Bottled water will also be available.
With about 50 tickets still available, the Stanford sisters encourage early purchases.
“We’re a new business, and events like this are not just a great way for people to enjoy themselves, but also to get to know The Loft,” Camryn Stanford said.
Tickets are available for purchase through The Loft’s website at: https://theloftmidland.com/.
“This is more than just a painting class,” the sisters said. “It’s a chance to socialize, meet new people, and take home a meaningful piece of art.”
