A suite within Ally Village is set to undergo a $100,000 renovation, as reported by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
The renovation will cover 1,500 square feet and involve a "white box finish," where the partially completed space of white sheetrock will be customized to meet the tenant's needs. This information was detailed in a January 15 TDLR filing. The project has been given the working title "Ally Village Building C Suite 302."
According to the filing, James Gripp with 5G Legacy is leading the renovation project located at 200 Spring Park Drive. The work is scheduled to begin on February 15 and is expected to be completed by May 15.
Gripp’s LinkedIn profile indicates that he has served as CEO of Ally Outdoors since January 2016. He is also identified as a partner in several ventures, including 7.62 LLC, Quatros Leaf Investments, and Brunson Ranch Company. Gripp attended Texas Christian University from 2003 to 2007.
