PURSUANT to Texas Government Code § 551.041, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the City of Midland, Texas, may assemble for a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation to be held in the Midland City Hall Basement Classroom B, 300 North Loraine, Midland, Texas at 10:30 a.m. on January 09, 2025
Midland City Council business will not be discussed, except as may be incidental to comments or questions relating to the items listed on the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation meeting agenda attached hereto as Attachment 1. The Midland City Council will not take any action or make any decision at this meeting.
