U.S. Representative August Pfluger of Texas' 11th District has released a report detailing his accomplishments in 2024. Since taking office on January 3, 2021, Congressman Pfluger has focused on energy dominance, border security, and supporting military communities.

In the 118th Congress, Pfluger authored 100 pieces of legislation and cosponsored over 300. Seven of his bills passed the U.S. House of Representatives, with one becoming law. These legislative efforts aimed to "re-establish American energy dominance," "secure the southern border," and address various other issues including inflation and telecommunications.

Pfluger's office has returned over $10 million to constituents and resolved more than 3,500 cases involving federal agencies since he assumed office. He maintained regular public engagement by visiting all counties in his district, hosting events, sending newsletters, and responding to inquiries.

Key achievements for the year include being elected as Chairman of the Republican Study Committee (RSC) for the upcoming Congress. He also hosted House Speaker Mike Johnson for energy tours in the Permian Basin and advocated for disaster aid for Texas farmers.

Pfluger voted to impeach Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas due to concerns about the southern border crisis and served as an Impeachment Manager.

"It is an honor to represent the 11th Congressional District of Texas," said Rep. August Pfluger. He expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him by constituents and looks forward to advancing legislation that benefits future generations.
