The city of Midland's Parks and Recreation Department is currently seeking participants for its Pee Wee Basketball League.
According to a November 26 Facebook post attributed to the city, the registration process for the league is open. Participants must be children between the ages of four and six.
The post states that the league is designed to teach young players the basics of basketball while ensuring they have fun. The season will commence on December 9 and continue through January 30, 2025, with all games scheduled at MLK Community Center, located at 2300 Butternut Lane.
