The traffic lights at the intersection of 23rd and Kermit are now operational again. Earlier, they were not functioning due to a power outage. Motorists had been advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes until later in the evening. During the outage, drivers were reminded to treat the intersection as a four-way stop sign.
