Keep Midland Beautiful (KMB), a non-profit organization, is offering residents of Midland an opportunity to commence their holiday shopping early.
According to a November 14 Facebook post by KMB, the community is invited to participate in a Kendra Gives Back event at Kendra Scott located at the Commons at North Park, 2900 Loop 250, on November 18 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The post states that the event will feature "sips and sweets" for those who shop in person. For those unable to attend physically, online shopping is available at www.kendrascott.com using the code GIVEBACK-HUGDR from November 18-19.
The Kendra Gives Back program allows individuals within the community to host local events supporting causes and organizations that empower women and youth, according to the Austin-based jeweler’s website. Twenty percent of purchases made in-store during the event or online using a custom code will directly benefit the cause or people designated by the organization.
