Permian Basin Area Foundation has distributed $2,235,196 in grants to nonprofit organizations in West Texas as part of its fall community grant cycle. The foundation aims to support groups providing essential services in the region.
Grants Officer Raymond Williams highlighted the commitment of these organizations, stating, “These organizations provide valuable services that are unique to their own missions, though they all share one common virtue: humility. The work done by their staffs, board members and volunteers who serve their clients with respect are all examples of service not in search of recognition, but out of a sense of responsibility to our communities. The Board of Permian Basin Area Foundation is pleased to help advance these worthy missions.”
