A new auto repair shop is set to be constructed in the northwestern portion of the city, as indicated by a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
According to the filing, a 4,970-square-foot Meineke Car Care Center will be developed at 3604 W Loop 250 North. The project is expected to cost nearly $250,000.
The filing states that the project is slated to begin on October 21 and wrap up by December 20. Jeff Somers is listed as the property owner, and the design firm for the project is Garland-based Zstudio Design.
This will be the first Meineke Car Care Center in the city, as the auto shop’s website does not have a location listed in Midland or the immediate Permian Basin area.
