A new nail salon is set to open in San Miguel Square, as indicated by a filing with a state regulatory agency.
According to the filing, Allure Nails & Spa will occupy 3,200 square feet of tenant space at the shopping center. The project is estimated to cost approximately $160,000 and will commence on November 1, with an expected completion date of March 1, 2025.
Kitty Nguyen is listed as the owner of Allure Nails & Spa in the filing. The business also operates a location in the Imperial Shopping Center.
Jay Ceitlin, founding partner of Shop Companies, is overseeing the finishing of the tenant space under San Miguel Midland Partners LLC. The nail salon will be located at 3303 N. Midkiff Suite 191.
According to the Shop Companies website, San Miguel Square has recently undergone remodeling under new ownership. New tenants include Rusty Taco, Amare Gelato, Cpl Rays Coffee, Club Champion, and Posh Kids Boutique.
