Trinity School of Midland volleyball team sweeps Temple Christian

The Trinity School of Midland volleyball team defeated Temple Christian with scores of 25-16, 25-17, and 25-15 on October 4.

According to the team's report, as part of the Chargers’ victory, Pearson added a double-double to her season while also achieving her 1,500th kill in her high school career. Pierson registered 11 kills, ten digs, and a pair of aces to help Trinity defeat Temple.

Defensively, McKyna Pulley, Blair Dinger, Alice LaFarelle, Camryn Boyd, and Gigi Molina combined for 24 digs to go along with Pierson’s ten. Lomi Lewis led the program in blocks with three, with Mallie Bishop and Molina chipping in two. Boyd contributed one block.

The win moved Trinity to a record of 17-7 overall (1-1 district) on the season as of the morning of October 5 prior to the Chargers’ matchup against Willow Park.
