Born on November 6, 1946, in Midland, TX, to Coretta and Leonard Robey, Donna spent her formative years in Midland and later retired from M.I.S.D. On January 24, 1970, she married her loving husband, Dicky R. Gatlin, sharing 54 wonderful years together.
Donna was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who found joy in her family. She is survived by her husband, Dicky Gatlin; children John Gatlin (Michelle), Deborah Smith (Chad), Melissa Clayton (Garrick); and grandchildren Jordan, Jared, Hannah, Alyssa, Jordan, MacKenzie, Kayden, MacKenlie, Maizley, Taylor, Josh, Jeff, Mikala, and Jake.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Coretta and Leonard Robey, and brother Kenneth Robey.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:00 am on Monday, September 23, 2024, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel, followed by interment at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will include family members John Gatlin, Jordan Arras, Jared Arras, Garrick Clayton, Chad Smith, and Don Cheney.
