Betty Sue Rains, 76, of Midland, Texas, passed away on September 14, 2024. Born in Coleman, Texas, on September 18, 1947, Betty Sue was known for her warm and welcoming home, filled with love and care for all. She dedicated 30 years to the City of Midland before retiring in 2001.

Survived by her husband Ron and daughter Starla Maxwell, Betty Sue leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to her family. She is also survived by her daughters, grandchildren, and brother. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Nalley-Pickle-Welch Funeral Home Chapel, with a visitation on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
