Pecos - Benjamin P. Dominguez, a native of Pecos, TX, born on February 20, 1947, to Julio and Rafaela Dominguez, peacefully passed away at 77 on Sunday, August 4, 2024. Benjamin, who was married to Sylvia Dominguez for 51 years, proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

Operating his own TV repair shop, Pecos TX Lab, Benjamin applied his technical skills and entrepreneurial spirit to serve his community for many years. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Dominguez, brother Daniel Dominguez, children Steven and Edward Dominguez, daughter Sara Smith, and beloved grandchildren Isaac, Iliana, Isa, Ila, and Savanna.

Benjamin was preceded in death by his parents and brother Armando Dominguez. Pallbearers for his services include Jacob Smith, Isaac Smith, Orlando Alvarez, James Brownlee, Tad Brown, and Jesse Alvarez, with grandchildren Iliana, Isa, and Ila Smith serving as honorary pallbearers.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2024, with a rosary recitation at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday, August 9, 2024, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish and Shrine to honor Benjamin's life and contributions.

To honor his memory, condolences may be expressed through flower arrangements or tree planting in the Sympathy Store.
