William Roy Barrow, 68, passed away on July 21, 2024, at Medical Center Hospital. Barrow was born on January 10, 1956, in Panama City, Florida to Wilbur Jerold Barrow and Joann Mund. He worked in the oilfields in West Texas and was known for his work ethic at Stealth Energy Services. Barrow is survived by his wife, Virginia Barrow, and is predeceased by his father, Jerry Barrow, his niece Brandy Barrow, and his granddaughter, Alycia Stephens. He is also survived by his mother Joann Mund, his brother Ralph Barrow, his sister Tammie Angel, his children Alicia Lawniczak, Talia Barrow, Warren Barrow, and Maggie Barrow, as well as his 9 grandchildren. A celebration of life for William Roy Barrow will take place on July 26 at 11 a.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
