Industrial development expected to break ground in the fall at an estimated $5.5 million

A $5.5 million industrial project is slated to break ground in October, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

The project, under the working title Stream Midland Industrial Project, will be located at 10308 Younger Road. The development involves the construction of a 41,875 square-foot shell industrial building, along with tenant improvements.

According to TDLR, the project will begin on Oct. 31 and wrap up by July 31, 2024. The Dallas office of Stream Realty Partners, led by Senior Director Brad Dornak, is developing the project.

Dornak has over 12 years of experience spearheading projects across several industries. He has led the completion of over $700 million in project development that accounts for over 5 million square feet of industrial/office development. The Austin native earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and previously worked at HFF on the debt and equity placement team.
