A local liquor store is expected to undergo a renovation, according to an architectural barrier filing published by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

According to TDLR, the existing shell space for 349 Liquors will be completed and will include new handicap-accessible restrooms. The $200,000 project will not include any site work and is expected to begin on October 1, 2024, and wrap up within one year. Project timelines on TDLR are tentative.

The store is located within Estes Park Building One Suite 101 at 6411 North Highway 349. Local architects Cornerstone Design Group worked with C.M. Butler Construction, LLC regarding the work specifications for the project.
