The Professional Fire Fighters Association of Midland (PFAM) is organizing an event to honor the memory of 9/11, in collaboration with local responders.

According to Eventbrite, PFAM will host the 2024 Tall City Memorial Stair Climb & Benefit Concert at Centennial Park on September 7 from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The community is encouraged to honor fallen heroes and raise funds for local first responders.

The event will feature a stair climb at Astound Broadband Stadium in the morning and a benefit concert featuring Carly Pearce. The event is being promoted under the slogan "One day. Two incredible events." All proceeds will support a local first responders benevolence fund. Tickets range from $50 to $100, with children under 12 receiving free admission.
