Be it remembered that on Thursday the 25th day of July 2024 at 1:00 p.m. a special meeting of the Midland County Commissioners Court was called to order in the Commissioners Courtroom, located at the Midland County Courthouse, 500 North Loraine Street, Midland, Texas.
