A local general contractor known for custom and residential development is slated to begin construction on a 13,902 square-foot building.
According to a state filing, Robert Anderson is developing the project under the entity PB Anderson Properties LLC. Anderson is the CEO and owner of Anderson Construction.
The $1.2 million project will be constructed under the working title West 191 Industrial Park Section 10 Lease Center, according to the filing. The project will be located along the frontage road of State Highway 191 with construction expected to begin on Sept. 1 and be completed in approximately one year. Architectural services were provided by Midland-based H3 Digital Design.
According to Anderson Construction’s website, Anderson has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and works alongside licensed agent Deborah Julian and accounting and office manager Patricia Rizo.
