Motion approving, with the condition of all required public improvements having been satisfied by the Engineering department before filing for recording with the County Clerk of Midland, a Final Plat of Mockingbird Ridge Basin, being a plat of a 49.12acre tract of land situated in Section 18, Block 38, T1S, A734, T&P RY. 4.
