The Planning and Zoning Commission convened in regular session in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 300 N. Loraine, Midland, Texas, at, June 17, 2024.

Commissioners present: Brennan Berry, Lucy Sisniega, John Burkholder, Emily Holeva, Adrian Carrasco, Steven Villela, Joshua Sparks, Dara Richardson

Commissioners absent: Abraham Bejil

Staff members present: Landon Ochoa, Elizabeth Triggs, Andrew Meyers, Diana E. Geerts, Daniel Humbert, Sarah Yeilding

Co. Survey, City and County of Midland, Texas. (Generally located northwest of the intersection of Waxwing Drive and Blazing Saddle Boulevard.) (DISTRICT 1) (DEVELOPMENT SERVICES)

Item pulled for discussion by Commissioner Adrian Carrasco.

Planner Daniel Humbert gave an overview of the project.

Commissioner Adrian Carrasco requested an explanation of the public improvement condition.

Planning and Development Officer Elizabeth Triggs explained the improvements would be made and inspected before recording the final plat.

Chair Lucy Sisneiga asked if the Staff Report could list what the conditions are in more detail.

Planning and Development Officer Elizabeth Triggs showed where the conditions are currently listed in the staff report but agreed the requested changes could be made.

Survey, City and County of Midland, Texas. (Generally located southwest of the intersection of North Lincoln Street and South Street.) (DISTRICT 2) (DEVELOPMENT SERVICES) (DISTRICT 2) (DEVELOPMENT SERVICES)

Planner Daniel Humbert gave an overview of the project.

Commissioner John Burkholder asked for the GIS condition on the staff report be explained.

Land Surveyor on the project Stan Piper described the section in question as an easement for access to the property.

Senior Planner Diana Geerts gave an overview of the project.
