NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
COMMISSIONERS COURT OF MIDLAND COUNTY, TEXAS
A special meeting of the Commissioners Court will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024 on or after 1:00 p.m., in the Commissioners Courtroom, located at the Midland County Courthouse, 500 North Loraine Street, Midland, Texas at which time the following items will be on the agenda; to wit:
1. Acknowledge receipt of the County Capital Assets pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 262.011(i).
2. Discuss and take action on award for RFP 24MCO632 Midland County Seal Coat Maintenance Project 2024.
3. Discuss and take action on TechShare agency liability funds credited to Midland County.
The next Regular meeting for the Commissioners Court will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Courtroom, 500 North Loraine Street, Midland County Courthouse.
