Midland Spaceport Development Corporation Board of Directors will meet April 11.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended, notice is hereby given to the public that the Board of Directors of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation will hold a meeting open to the public in the Midland City Hall basement Classroom B, 300 North Loraine, Midland, Texas, at 9:30 am on Thursday, April 11, 2024. At such meeting, the Board of Directors may discuss, consider, and take action on any of the following items:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Introduction and swearing in of Stephen Lowery and Francis (Frank) Tarzian as directors of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation.
3. Motion approving the minutes of the January 11, 2024, meeting of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation.
4. Receive update from Midland Development Corporation on recent and upcoming activities and matters affecting the Midland International Air & Space Port and the greater Midland area.
5. Discuss recent and upcoming space-related events and matters affecting the Midland International Air & Space Port and the greater Midland area.
