GATHERING OF QUORUM
Notice is hereby given to the public that a quorum of the Board of Directors of the Midland Development Corporation will gather on March 26, 2024 at 105 North Main Street, Midland, Texas 79701 at 1:15 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. To attend a roundtable discussion and 1-27 appreciation event with MOTRAN.
No action will be taken by the quorum, and any discussion of public business, if any, shall be incidental to the above-referenced function.
PURSUANT to Texas Government Code § 551.041, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the City of Midland, Texas, may assemble for a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Midland Development Corporation to be held at the Barbara and George Bush Convention Center, 105 North Main Street, Midland, Texas, at 1:15 p.m. on March 26, 2024
Midland City Council business will not be discussed, except as may be incidental to comments or questions relating to the items listed on the Midland Development Corporation meeting agenda attached hereto as Attachment 1. The Midland City Council will not take any action or make any decision at this meeting.
