1. Approve the minutes of the Austin City Council work session of February 27, 2024, and regular meeting of February 29, 2024.

2. Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with Travis County for the County to reimburse the City for the County’s proportionate share of costs to design and construct oversized reclaimed water mains and appurtenances within the Central Business District that will provide service to the County’s Civil and Family Court Building and Probate Court Building.
3. Approve an ordinance amending City Code Chapter 15-13 (Regulation of Onsite Water Reuse Systems) to establish development project requirements and clarify onsite water reuse regulations.
4.Approve a resolution authorizing Austin Water to continue a pilot program and issue incentives on a pilot basis during Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for alternative onsite water reuse systems and reclaimed water connections for new commercial, mixed use and multi-family developments in the total amount of $5,600,000, not to exceed $500,000 for each project.

5. Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 6 to the agreement with Communities for Recovery, Inc. for housing-focused support services to extend the term of the agreement for 18 months beginning April 1, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $363,700, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,374,490.
Financial Services- Contracts
6. Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract for a tenant relocation study with Economic Consultants Oregon, Ltd d/b/a Econorthwest, for a term of eleven months in an amount not to exceed $165,000.
[Note: This solicitation was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). 7. Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract for HACH reagents, lab supplies, parts, and services with Hach Company d/b/a HACH CO or OTT HydroMet, for a term of five years in an amount not to exceed $4,926,408.

8. Authorize additional contingency for the construction contract for the 2018 Bond Stassney Lane/South Congress Avenue Intersection Safety Improvements project with Austin Underground, Inc., in the amount of $795,620 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $3,978,102.

Burks, in an amount not to exceed $222,674 including closing costs.

13. Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 8 to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas to provide services to immigrants living in Austin-Travis County to stabilize their immigration status, re-unite them with family members, and work authorization assistance, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $105,000 for a six-month term through September 30, 2024, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,451,448.
14. Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund (Ordinance No. 20230816-008) to accept and appropriate $300,000 in additional grant funds from United Way for Greater Austin for the Texas Family Connects Program.
15. Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Central Texas Food Bank Inc. to provide services to college students with limited access to food, to add one 12-month term, through March 31, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $157,500, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $272,500.
