Midland Animal Services announced their February adoption special, saying "You can't buy love, but you can adopt it." The special is the adoption of a pet priced at $14 with additional health benefits for the pet included.
Adopters will receive a host of benefits added in the $14 adoption fee, including a microchip for identification, rabies vaccination, and booster vaccinations (parvo/distemper for dogs & FVRCP for cats). Additionally, a $70 voucher is included to contribute towards the spaying or neutering of the adopted animal.
In Midland Animal Services Facebook post, pictures of current adoptable pets are depicted with Valentine's Day themed decorations and backdrops. Each photo pictures one pet and the pet's name, age, breed, and identification number are included.
This initiative not only facilitates the adoption process but also ensures that the pets receive essential medical care to start their new lives on a healthy note.
