A meeting of the Commissioners Court was held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. in the Commissioners Courtroom, located at the Midland County Courthouse, 500 North Loraine Street, Midland, Texas at which time the following items will be on the agenda; to wit:

6. Discuss and take action on TCDRS plan for 2024.

7. Discuss and take action on advertising processes, availability & pricing at Horseshoe.

8. Acknowledge Horseshoe Reports for August, September & October, 2023.

9. Discuss and take action updating Horseshoe fees and annual holiday calendar.

10. Acknowledge October Ludus Ticketing Program Donations.

11. Discuss and take action on budget amendment for Ludus donation check in the amount of $69.86.

12. Discuss and take action on credit card fee charge for Horseshoe rental charges and use of Certified Payments for credit card processing.

13. Discuss and take action on updates and additions to Horseshoe policies.
