Sergeant Lindsay Waychoff of the Odessa Police Department in Texas has recently graduated from the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT). Currently, she serves as the department's mental health coordinator and is deeply committed to the intersection of law enforcement and mental health. Waychoff is dedicated to fostering the well-being of officers through the Texas Law Enforcement Peer Network (TLEPN).
