In accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended, notice is hereby given to the public that the Board of Directors of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation will hold a meeting, open to the public, in the Midland City Hall basement conference room, 300 North Loraine, Midland, Texas at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. At such meeting, the Board of Directors may discuss, consider, and take action on any of the following items:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Swearing-in of appointed directors.
3. Motion electing officers of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation.
4. Motion setting dates for quarterly meetings of the 2023 and 2024 calendar years.
5. Motion approving the Bylaws of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation.
6. Receive and discuss a presentation regarding the current activities of the Midland International Air & Space Port.
