Midland County Commissioners Court will meet Oct. 3.
Here is the agenda provided by the court:
A special meeting of the Commissioners Court will be held on or after 1:30 p.m., in the Commissioners Courtroom, located at the Midland County Courthouse, 500 North Loraine Street, Midland, Texas at which time the following items will be on the agenda; to wit:
1. Discuss and take action on portable chiller for Detention.
2. Discuss and take action on land acquisition contract
3. Conduct Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
The next Regular meeting for the Commissioners Court will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Courtroom, 500 North Loraine Street, Midland County Courthouse.
