Meet Jack

Jack is a 4 month old male Shepherd Mix (black and tan) with long lanky legs. He is currently about 20 lbs but should double that or even triple that when full grown. Jack and his sister, Sally, (like many dogs in our area) were dumped in a neighborhood after their owners failed to spay and neuter. They were about 10 -12 weeks old at that time and had been very neglected. Luckily for them, a citizen found them and brought them to us where we could prevent them from going to our overcrowded shelter. Jack has come back to health and is working on socialization. His demeanor is more calm than his sister. Jack is a very friendly puppy that will do well with most families. Jack still needs to work on leash walking, house training and general puppy manners. Jack will do best with an active family that will have the time to meet his exercise and training requirements.
