Here is the agenda provided by the court:

A meeting of the Commissioners Court will be held beginning at 9:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Courtroom, located at the Midland County Courthouse, 500 North Loraine Street, Midland, Texas at which time the following items will be on the agenda; to wit:

1. Call to Order.

4. Presentation of proposed final plan redistricting the County Commissioner Precincts based on 2020 Census data.

5. Discuss and take action on proposed redistricting plan by the Commissioners’ Court and any amendments, if necessary, to finalize the proposed plan for adoption and possible adoption.

6. Acknowledge new entry procedures for employees at Courthouse.

7. Discuss and take action authorizing the County Judge to sign the FY 2022 SAVNS Grant Contract.

8. Discuss and take action on budget amendment of FY 2022 SAVNS/VINE Grant.

9. Acknowledge Midland County Sheriff’s Office Report for September 2021.

71. Conduct Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 to consult with County Attorney regarding pending and prospective litigation and other matters.
