Spinner is a 4 month old male Domestic Short Hair with black and white tuxedo markings. Spinner and sister, Sheba, are from Midland Animal Services. Spinner gets his name from spinning around with his toys. He is however, extremely scared and will take extra time to warm up to new people. Once he does, Spinner will be back to spinning!
