A Texas-based mineral asset management and advisory firm called Valor Mineral Management, LLC, recently announced new mineral managers: Carson Collins, Dustin Rucker and Skye Estes.

Carson Collins initiated his career as a landman nine years ago and heavily focuses on the Permian Basin with an emphasis on title, leasing and curation. His prior experience includes being the vice president of a private equity-backed mineral and oil fund.
Dustin Rucker works in multiple land functions and is located in Midland, Texas. Before Valor, Rucker worked in the largest oil companies in the Permian Basin helping with drilling and acquisition curative in the Midland Basin.
Skye Estes worked as a landman for seven years with the Charbonnet Land Services and Waggoner Land Services. His niche is title work, mineral acquisition and leasing in both Permian and Delaware Basins. Before Valor, Estes worked for Bank of America as a specialty asset manager in the oil and gas division.
